I've just been to the www.powerchip.com.au

Your Ford Focus 2.0 uses a specially manufactured Ford computer, unlike any other vehicle manufacturer. The Powerchip is a plug-in board which plugs into an edge connector on your computer. Once installed the Powerchip will override the settings from the computer, and improve performance. To return the vehicle to standard settings, simply un-plug the board from the edge connector (making sure the ignition is OFF). Fitting is easy and can be performed in about 30 minutes with full colour fitting instructions, including pictures. The Powerchip is available by next day courier.

In standard form, the Focus 2.0 produces 85 kW and 162 Nm.

Powerchip has a range of chips to suit your car, which can increase it's power to between 92 kW and 95 kW, and it's torque to between 176 Nm and 181 Nm.

The price of the Powerchip is AUD $890.00.

I find it hard to beleieve myself, I'll call them tomorrow and see what answer i can get.I they can get 15Hp+ I'll buy 2 of them...lol
Hers there number.

Just got off the phone to powerchip.
This chip is only good for nearly stock standard, like if you have upgraded the exhaust or air intake then that's ok.
People like me who are rebuilding a engine, this chip isn't for you.
In standard form, the Focus Zetec 2.0 produces 96 kW and 178 Nm.

Powerchip has a range of chips to suit your car, which can increase it's power to between 105 kW and 107 kW, and it's torque to between 194 Nm and 197 Nm.

The price of the Powerchip is AUD $890.00.

But you can get powerchip to custom program a chip for your needs, of course this all comes down to how much cash you have to throw around.

I'll have to ask powerchip that.
No point getting this chip until I get the turbo

in which case you'd probably be better off with stand alone management anyway, particularly if you're aiming for the sort of horsepower you say you are ;) not so much because the chip won't be good, but simply because of the variety of tunes available on a stand alone system, readily accessible at any given time

Agree with Uni. You'd be best looking for a more custom tune chip FRA.

Powerchips suit exhaust and filter kind of mods and nothing more. They're also a waste of money at that price... until recently they didn't even have Powerchips for the 2.0 LR Zetec, must be a new thing.

For big power upgrades you should look at the Pectel engine management system. They have one that plugs straight into the factory harness

Alot of guys are using Megasquirt Ecu's in the UK with their Turbo Zetec's. You can get a setup for about $600.00aud with wiring loom, check out their website.

I don't know how good it'll be for me with the setup I want in the end.
Pectel engine management system is what I want for my setup but, it'll be a good year before I even think about getting it.
Crane cam Ignition is another thing I want.

The powerchip is the best 1 I have seen for near stock engine.

I think I saw you on Friday afternoon on the northside of town, if it was man nice looking focus.
