From Choice magazine...
If it's Castrol Response Dot 4 brake fluid in a 4L dark grey bottle take it back. It seems someone has put the wrong label on them. The correct Castrol Response Dot 4 4L is in a red bottle

Choice magazine didn't, say only that "it contains another form of lubricant" and to call Castrol (1800 681 099) for more info.
The recall ONLY applies to the 4 Litre bottle.

Heard about this a while back. Might even be a repost. They mixed up the labeling of the oils/fluids. I guess they would be liable if any damage occured from subsequent use.

You could be right about a repost, sorry, Choice magazine only reported it this issue but the recall was back in 25/05/2006.
