Hi lolly83,

Welcome to the forums. Are you looking for the Owners Handbook (the smallish one that comes with the car when new) or the workshop manual? Both of these do seem to pop up on e-bay sometimes.

To remove the steering wheel, you need to take the airbag off. To do this, remove the 2 plastic tabs from behind the steering wheel, undo the 2 screws, Then unplug the airbag and it comes straight out.

Do you know what the problem is? The buttons on the steering wheel are only a small part of the cruise control system. If the horn still works, I would say the cruise buttons would be fine (They use the same wires in the steering wheel).

the buttons could hav e bad contacts or are completely screwed. could be alot of things, is the cruise light coming on? if so make sure u have all the right bulbs in your taillights as they can cause the cruise not to work.

As said before, make sure that your horn and brake lights are all working correctly. Could be the actuator cable or the linkage if the cruise light comes on and does not engage?
