Thats not a ricer, its a person who has actually invested more time in doing their car up then pasting on stickers of the sponsors they wish they could afford.\

since when was a blown big block rice?? no matter what car its in...
Rice is when people do "mods" that have no effect on performance at all.... such as a huge spoiler on a car that couldn't generate the speeds required to create downforce... or a 10,000rpm monster tacho on a mazda 323... BTW the video is a repost...
