I agree, the facts that i use is ummm lets see .............................. HOW ABOUT WATCHING THE DAMN GAME???? Every time sydney got the ball from a kick out from goal last night it was short stop passes up the wing to a player barley 15m in front of them, no real ball skills were shown by sydney last night. The only time sydney ran with it was up the middle some times. I agree yes i am a EAGLES fan through and through. But i have never liked sydneys style of football. ALso sydney are the kings of flooding.... this is the crappiest thing for footy that anyone ever thought up. Last night on 5 different occasions (i taped the game watched it again and counted) sydney had only barry hall in their half of the field not just in there 50 but half of the field. RIP AFL.... it was fun to watch once, now we may aswell give the flag to sydney in march and all go and play scratch matchs for the rest of the year. I have started watching soccer and NFL on Foxtel, and i think that i'll be converting codes at the end of the year. AFL body should be concentrating on rules for flooding not ones like he ran to far or he touched it 3 times it must be a mark or even better how many time could a 3rd umpire have ruled against the umps last night beacuse the stupid umpire got it wrong?(and yes i'm talking about frees to the Eagles too) No i'm angry i'm going to have a spa and cool off!

I think it's kinda funny how NRL supporters seem to stumble into these threads, maybe they cannot read? That would explain a lot.
C'mon Demons and Doggies, we gotta knock out the west teams next week |

Oh well, dissapointing end to a reasonable season IMO. Well done to the Doggies, they played much better on the day.

I go to many games a year. I used to go to ~20+, but I've lost interest because I have become sick of time wasting, flooding, chipping and circle-work during a game. As I have said, I have the 1999 Grand Final on video. Completely different brand of footy. Long kicking, big marks, real crumbing. Wayne Carey didn't **** around in the midfield...when he was in the midfield, his possessions were all used bloody well! Same with Grant, Bell, Harvey and King. Mick Martyn also didn't root about. He got the ball, he thumped the crap out of it. Mick wasn't all that skilful, but he didn't stuff about. The reason Judd got so many possessions is because he's just so damn good. The only player who the Swans can't stop. As Brereton said, if West Coast had a forward line, they would be that far ahead of the competition it wouldn't be funny. Although Sydney's backline is very good. Leo Barry was underrated and I reckon unknown before last year's Grand Final. But football has collapsed quality-wise. Goodes has had a good year though. Love watching Goodes. He's one of the faves for the Brownlow IMO, along with Judd. |

Yep....West is definitely a chance...I still reckon he deserved it ahead of Woewodin in 2000. But Woey still had a good year.
Goodwin is also a chance. |

We gotta get past Adelaide first, and you gotta beat the Dockers.

I dont know why males find the sport so interesting, grown men running around after a ball. I find it extremely boring. Give me the V8 Supercars anyday.

I am looking forward to a west coast - swans final. The swans will slaughter the dockers and even though you will have a tough time playing against adelaide. I am sure that you will win easily. It's definaltley gonna be a non melbourne final this year. What a surprise! :

We beat the Crows twice this year already, so there's no reason why we can't do it again next weekend. Hey, how come you've got 5 posts on this page alone, but your count says 2 only?
