Why is it my three year old phone has become slow and unresponsive? I don't have many apps installed so it is not due to lack of system resources. What the hell is going on the background?

that every time I install a LED bulb to a car, I ALWAYS get it wrong.. meaning, - insert, test, Bump Bar. Try again. Remove bulb, rotate it 180. Cha Ching. Winner...

Phones are like PC's, you need to clean & delete junk files and cache.
