My old man hired a V6 Carnival in about 2009. The dam thing nearly ran them off the road with power under-steer. I'm sure the newer ones are better though.

Mustang might not be the top of the pile in build quality, but it’s damn good reliability wise. When was the last time you heard of a coyote going bang? VW’s are a bit better in terms of build quality, but generally more unreliable. The quality indexes support this, with vw usually being bottom half of the rankings. |

I’ve never seen a Mustang with a driveline failure. All I’ve seen is a couple of bad wheel bearings plus the usual rattles or poor panel alignment. I’ve never repaired and engine, trans or diff. |

See where we are at 150,000km Turning spanners on those bastards is enough to make a bloke turn to the bottle, especially parts prices and local availability issues. I built some of Vic Police's VW Transporters back in the day, wicked stereo, nice to drive, worth throwing annual leave if they came through the workshop though |

I drive Transporters and Crafters for work. These have done 230000 to 285000 kms in 4 years have about 10 of them. They are not nice to drive anymore sticky dsg s driveline shunt from start and wander all over the road at motorway speed . Well overdue for replacement. And don’t get me started on the foam in the seat base cushion. New cushions fitted and within 3 months the foam compressed to tissue paper size. |

Get your facts straight.
They tried to drag me and lost big time. I didn't force them or the road to be wet but I do know mine performs equally in both. Blame your ******** Ford drivers who obviously don't know the capability of other more discreet family vehicles. |

When you get done for neg driving or kill someone in this situation. How does the excuse “I didn’t drag him, he dragged me” go in court? Seeing as you’re a lawyer correct?

The funny thing is if Hyundai built that Van to that spec from factory it would sell.
