Trump's no Hillary, he'll be fine unlike that sick and decrepit Clinton fool and that bumbling geriatric Biden.

Fortress Australia activation (better late than never) - tough border entry to all tourists/nationals.

Reports say cruise lines are being prevented from docking at Australian ports for the next 30 days, I wonder if that is all cruise ships including those on domestic cruises or only those that have come from or visited international ports on their current/upcoming itinerary.

We have 6 days to go before sailing back to Darwin for crew change, no one showing any signs or symptoms as yet so all good so far....
.....and it now looks like i and two other crew won't be going home on time as our back to backs are all Kiwis oh well, a bit of double bubble will help ease the pain i guess

Does 2GB 'report' anything?
It's more like their shockjocks tell the loyal listeners what to get angry about each day. The completely stupid ones then call and abuse whoever Ray or Alan wants them to.

No I believe they thrive on either scaring or riling up there audience. I gave up listening to them years ago and went back to vile Kyle and Jacky Ho for some light hearted entertainment

They can spin it as much as they want but they way I see it is someone got a bug, Two Months later 66,000 people have got a bug so in another Two Months time there should be 66,000 x 66,000 = Over 4 Billion people who have got a bug.
If this keeps progressing there will be other countries locked down well before it hits 4 Billion.
Alarmist? I don't think so. What's that big white thing? I dunno, help me move these deck chairs.
Well that Month slipped by pretty fast, how are we going now?

Looks like they have completed phase 1 by locking the country down.

On to phase 2, the internal hunt & destroy.
What a shame we now have 424 current active tested positive instead of the 20 or so a Month ago.

OOPS, don't forget the elephant, for every 1 positive test you can bet your **** there's at least 10 more untested positives out there.

On the upside we may not see the 4 Billion due to the world locking down this last week.

FWIW I'm gauging our success/failure by the total tested positives minus the recovered minus the dead people at 424 today.

Good luck everyone.

After a few attempts at juggling the trip, all options closed off and refunds are underway from the items we pre-booked; flights, hikes and river cruise. We'll look at booking again probably next year.
In the meantime, we're looking at reducing the leave and taking a road trip to some of the bush fire affected areas. Won't go any further than a days drive from home, just in case the local situation goes to hell.

Hi Ford brothers and sisters, hope you are all well in this crazy situation

We picked it, it's got more & more nuts world wide.

I've got a song for you - haven't been to AFF for a while, so somebody may have already posted it. (Caution: language!)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8BA9eTXwGIk

This is how we are all going to work together to overcome it!
