I can confirm that King Wheels Matrix style rims in 19" will clear 6 piston Brembos on an FG. I test fitted a rim today and there is plenty of room.
For those interested here's a link. http://www.kingwheels.com.au/index.p...product_id=133 I'll post a couple of pics once tyres are fitted to the rims and fitted to the car.

King Wheels Matrix. 19x8 35+ offset. Does clear 6 piston Brembo front and 4 piston rear. Front 355mm, rear 330mm.
Looks surprisingly better than I expected.

Closely related to the King Matrix are the Icon Zest. Mine are 19 x 8.5 32P offset front, and 19 x 9.5 35P offset rear, and they clear the 6/4 brembos easily - at least 15mm clearance for each rim.

Any ideas how an ANZ RG 18x8.5 30p will go over 4 pots (and front guard clearance) on an FG ute.
These things clear EVO brembos with ease.. they are a copy of the ADVAN RG II which also seem to have healthy spoke clearance. http://images.trademe.co.nz/photoser.../347453340.jpg Problem is they are the far end of the country.

To give an idea of the clearance on the Icons, I took a few close up pics:
Front (around 10mm clearance at 8.5" wide, 32P offset) Rear (around 20mm clearance at 9.5" wide, 35P offset)

this gave me a headache trying to find this out. I don't think they do though, but factors which may depend on this include offset and wheel width. If Lenso made a 19" it would relieve so many tension headaches.

These are lenso d1r I got fitted today
front 18x9 +15. 245/40 Rear 18x10 +22. 265/35 They fit over 4 pot brakes. Its standard fpv height and the rears are rubbing on the guard lip so i might have to get them rolled and the fronts i might change to 235 if i can get enough rolled on the front. |

I can confirm that rota grid rims clear 4 pot brembos on the front and 4 pot brembos on the rear in the following sizes:
Front Grid 18x8.5+30 Rear Grid R 18x9.5+35 As you can see I'm using the BA/BF bracket on the front, if you want to swap or sell me a set of FG brackets I'd be super keen.

They are lighter than factory 19" wheels, but they are still cast, and are still somewhat heavy.
If I had the coin I would have got the original rays wheels, quality wise though the rotas have been good so far.

We have just supplied one of our new Australian made 6 piston 362mm brake kits for BA BF models that fit behind factory 18" wheels or larger. The caliper face sits far back and the outer face of the caliper sits flush with the rim mounting face of the disc rotor so should fit every factory 18" or larger rim with clearance. The kit has been fitted and checked and we sold our first kit to a customer yesterday who will also test himself and fit it himself and give us some feedback. The car and brake kit should be able to be viewed at the all ford day at Eastern Creek on Sunday the 19th of this month if all goes well. Stay tuned and also keep an eye out for the FG version.

Vari 6 piston 362mm Factory clearance kit
The kit here is the VARI 362mm 6 piston kit and the caliper is made here in Australia and runs an internal dust seal (like AP Racing) and not external dust boots. The brake kit was fitted behind a 18" factory wheel with plenty of clearance and we should be able to do a smaller rotor as well. The kit is being tested on a BF ford and has had no issues at all. The rotors are available in 1 piece or 2 piece and will have 10 holes in the mounting pcd as we use the rotors for two different vehicles and brake kits which is not a problem because Audi and Subaru amongst others do the same thing. The front brake kits will sell for around the $2500 with a 1 piece disc and a 2 piece will be worked out later. We will be checking it for FG vehicles and also checking for more wheel clearances with some help from our Ford customers.
