Red au2 xr6. Tickford kit but minus front bar after today. Should I go xr50 kit or just put another xr bar on it?

I like the xr50 kit but being fibreglass worries me a bit. And I'm not to sure about going such a bit kit with just an i6 in it which I don't plan on replacing

Au 1 Futura, 306,000 odd kays now & still going well! 5 years ownership & serviced by me every 10,000 kays, transmission 20,000kays - only service items & worn out components replaced. Great car for what it is!
cheers, Maka

Why don't you do a manual conversion. I did an auto conversion once myself.

I've got a series 1 fairmont and my wife has taken my serries 2 Fairmont which seems nicer to drive but the series 1 seems to be more responsive off the mark. Series 1s are so cheep to buy now and it's not hard to get good ones if you look around. Just make sure to check for rust in the boot just under the back window.
