Hey guys, newbie here. Had a few old fords in my time such as an 67 xr, xk, zc fairlane, xc to name a few. But now I've bought a 76 transit to restore which I no nothing about. All the other cars were pretty easy to restore as I grew up driving and working on them and there's still a lot of places to get parts. Planning on putting disc brakes on the transit then a 302 Windsor. It's currently having all the rust cut out 😳 Anyway thanks for having me here. 👍

Hi all, I bought a fg mk2 G6E turbo around 12 months ago with low ks on the clock. Never owned a ford before, but have had lots of performance cars, from warmed up Holden v8s, to classic Alfa gtv6, and lots of Fiats (and my mate Tony was very busy with those). This is the best car that I have ever owned, it is amazing. What drew me to the car, apart from the rocket sled performance, is that it represents true Australian grit to me. Designed and developed here, most of it built here, you can't beat that. I'm hoping to get some advice from you blokes regarding the suspension, it's the only thing about this car that I would like to improve on. Your direction would be appreciated. Cheers, STurtle.

Hi all, just rejoined, it's been many years since I and my EF went through the learning phase of keeping these babies alive.I have been driving Falcons since 92.
Well, The EF has passed to the great scrap bins of the steel works, and I now have the pleasure of driving a 2011 FG white sedan. This LPi is the greatest gas machine ever. All the getup and go of a V8, and costs peanuts to run.

Hi everyone, Joined Ford Forums as I have 2 Ford Lasers. A 1999 KN for my wife and a 1995 KJ which I have just bought for myself as a runaround mainly to and from work. approx. 450 k/m weekly.
Struggling to find a lot of info on the KJ. Bought Hanes manual but does not go into very much detail on auto trans axle.
I'm new to Forum sites even though I've been around for half a century and might need a hand as to how I locate the forums I need on the KJ Laser auto trans axle.
Your patience and help would be appreciated.
Cheers Jwal

As you've already found the Clevo section, the F series forum would be a good place to check out as well.

No mods other then the optional 19's (18's were standed in 08). Prior to this i had a 2003 ss ute for 6 years. Prior to that i had a 94 supra turbo for 5 years. Am not sure what will replace this car or when that will be. cheers Mick

Thumbs up Re: Welcome to New Members - Post here to say gday!

Hi I've always been a Ford girl. I own a 2004 BA XR8 man sedan and 2013 FPV GT man sedan. Although the XR8's sounds better than the GT (not changed exhaust yet), the GT's fun when the SC kicks in. Thanks for having me & thanks in advance for helping

Well thank you very much! I feel more welcome now. I guess my dad brought me up right - taking us to Ravenswood drags, buying me an XB GS Coupe and murderously selling it when I went to the UK. 20 years later I still hold that grudge and bag him out when he mentions "you know what would've made a good drag car?" Anyway love Fords, drag racing, Harleys, cricket, and rugby
Cheers

Hi and thanks for adding me...not sure if this is where I post this but my wife has a 2012 ford territory TS and her battery went flat on Wednesday. That's all fixed now but since then her centre display screen in the car isn't working. I have tried disconnecting the battery for about half an hour but it still doesn't work. Ford said I may have to replace the screen which could cost up to $1000. Any advice?
