In some parts of the USA that would blend in, I've seen Mustangs with wheels that big the ride height was increased and the wheels were worth more then the car.

 Can't see it in the photo, but the sticker on the rear window says "If you can read this, I must be idling" AHHH MA I HAD MY PHONE TURNED ON AT A SERVO! QUICK CALL DO PO-LICE! (on another note... what were toyota thinking? The 90's silly car didn't look too bad... then this?!)
