Please keep it simple for me for I have multiple sclerosis so my life's come to stretching Holt.

Hi All,
Been a very long time since I frequented these boards. I re-signed up not long ago as I couldn’t remember my user name etc (was 1998-2005ish)... I used to run around in a JMM Dev 5+ (and a few more Brendan tweaks) with an AU 1 Forte 6 that managed to spike above 180 on his hotly debated dyno (at the time anyway...) but yielded 172 somewhere else so it was healthy... Cried my eyes out selling it in 2006 as I was forced to grow up... Anyways, I paid my dues to the family business for the next 3 years and the pride of the business, a BF II GT with EVERY GTP part fitted (except the P stickers), and a slightly tweaked factory suspension as the car was originally fitted out for Bob Bink fell into my hands as my “company car” in 2010. This thing became my life, my kids saw me in my element as I did not want to touch the motor, only the sound system etc. Fast forward 5 years later and the only thing left for me to do now is drop in a supercharger... But then I had a minor crash on the ring road (both our faults - both merged lanes too quick to see each other) and the scare of a write off began to occur... At the same time I also had an order placed for a GTF but was told I may have been a little out of luck... But that is where a twist occurs, as insurance sat around scratching their proverbial nuts, I needed a car to drive and The Ford dealership wanted $130k for their last undriven GTF which is a F@rkbag Load of dollars for ANY car, let alone one I want to actually drive... So I ended up with brand new FGX XR8... and the GT came home. The story gets a bit sad from there, because I decided I’d wait out my warranty with the XR and life sorta doesn’t have much room for two babies and wife + 3 kids... The XR had balls to the wall power, pulling stumps, tyre fryin stuff. THE GT had refinement and does not want to kill you cornering at 200+ kph... Until now... The XR has proven too easy to play with and a few tweaks and a tune later, we pump my bro in laws M4, provided I feather the crap out of the throttle... So Hello Again Ladies and Gents - Safe and Spirited driving to All!

Hi,
Picked up a BA2 XR6T ute last weekend. A completely stock vehicle with only 109,000kms, and service history. Joined so I could 'fast track' my knowledge about these cars, as clearly everything that can be done, has been done, so why re-invent the wheel? Thanks in advance for your help!! |

Hi all I'm not a fairly new member in general but new to actually posting and talking amongst the forum I understand this is probably not the right place to ask questions but I'm unsure how to use the forum site fluently yet I'm in desperate need of someone with some knowledge around the wiring of the ba falcon 4sp transmissions imam in over my head when it comes to wiring and now a simple motor swao has left me stranded with a costumers car stuck on my front lawn so my issue is I had to rewire the transmission plugs back into the harness when I used new motors engine harness thought it would be simple I have a few grey wires and a few green rest are all colour matched car will rev right out in park but once in gear or neutral it will not pass 3grand at all with foot flat to floor it also decides to flash the shift indicator on dash occasionally and will not kick back when accelerated but will change gears fine if you gently speed up or slow down without being able to increase revs past 3grand

Hey All
I've been a member for a few months...still trying to acquire navigational skills here. I've owned a 2005 F250 Powerstroke for a couple of years now, great truck but has it's quirks. I've done quite a bit of forum searching on American sites and youtubing to learn more about my rig, but I'm keen to make contact with other F250 owners on here to pool/share knowledge and resources.. I would be happy to make contact with other F250 owners. |

Greetings, I'm Keith, current project I am restoring an 82 Bronco, with a Cleveland 400, and I am fitting an AU dash in it, yes lots of little problems with that one, hope to have it on the road in another few weeks, then next will be the XB police car, followed by a 62 XL ute.

G'day,
My name's Josh, just bought myself an AUI Fairlane Ghia on LPG to roll around in while I finish my project car, a 1978 Chrysler Scorpion. Also, thanks to whoever uploaded those workshop manuals, you are a lifesaver |

Hello Ford Fans,
I have an EB2 302 S Pack wagon and am having troubles with the Auto Transmission and have had for some time. It intermittently starts and stays in "Limp Mode". Some time ago I had a transmission place replace 4 of the solenoids but the problem returned after some time. I am lead to believe that there is a computer or 2 in the transmission itself that may be causing the problem. As I only have limited funds and the vehicle is not worth spending thousands of dollars on a "Maybe this'll fix it"; can anyone shed some light on my problem? Your help would be very much appreciated. |

Hello all
Thanks for activating my account. Not sure whether this is how I introduce myself. I'm Pete and I own an XF 88 panel van that I've owned since 1992. It's got a few little issues at the moment. Sometimes it doesn't want to start. I thought it might have been the Inhibitor switch on the gear box. I got it replaced with a 2nd hand one last week, but the same problem persists. I have to keep juggling the gear shift column around and eventually it starts, so far. Has anyone had a similar problem? Thanks |

Hi. I'm Hank from overseas. I had/have mainly Ford cars, including Escort mk3, Mustang and Falcon XB. Might have questions from time to time regarding the last one, and happy to be here.

Hi I'm John from New Zealand and am new to
posting on here, been reading you guy's for a long time now. I have found many fixes to my problems in the past on the forum and enjoy reading many of the threads. My current project is a ZJ Fairlane 1979, It was a 6 and then I purchased a 351 Cleveland C10 Auto and 9 inch diff out of my neighbors old ZG Fairlane (XB Model) and now it's got a new home in the ZJ. Still needs more work but she's a runner and has only done 260.000k's Also have a BA XLS Ute 4L and have a BA XR8 260 Boss and a spare motor. Hoping to trick the spare up abit, Gotta keep the missus happy, it's her car She's the petrol head of the family. |

Hey people, MistiK here, been browsing this forum and a couple of the other Ford ones for a fair while now, thought I may as well stop in and say g'day.
G'day. I have a BA and just recently came in to a fairly decent condition xr6 version, swapping over all the body pieces, doors and seats as we speak, I'll probably barrage yas with questions soon enough. |

They could be a bit hot for the plastic headlights.
