Just for the record, over the last 8 years I have owned 1 BF, 3 FG and 2 Territories. all from new. I now own and drive a VE sportswagon because I simply cannot get a manual wagon with a blue oval on it at any price. And this is from a Ford employee.

Not better. Not worse. Just something that Ford have chosen not to supply right now.

Will I buy an FZ? No. Simply because it's a sedan and I can't get the dog in the back. Will I buy a new territory? probably not because it's auto only. Sorry if that offends.

You cant get VF SS wagons in manual either.

Only V8 manual wagon left in the World is the Clubsport.
Edit.Oh apart from a Landcruiser wagon

It probably appears like that because it has tape covering most of the outside segment...if you pause the video just before it fully lights up the drl and light, look very closely and you will see a slight glow from the drls (from both drl segments) behind the tape.

If they'd have done an XR8 ute, they wouldn't have to close until 2018.....this looks the business. Can't wait to see it in the flesh.

Yeah i posted a pic earlier but it's very confusing. Makes sense though, i wouldn't think it should be any other way. Here's another angle:

Still building FG2 I think they build a few FH's a week. FG2 will finish in September I believe.

And yes xr8 will have 275 rubber.

Wonder if this car will have a black headlining? Look at the sun visors!

But, that's saying something isn't it? Hence why Ford did no harm cutting the wagon altogether from the range...

Ford should have made a BF 4 with euro 4. Undertakers and Telstra staff don't care about what the car looks like and neither like Commodore wagons, a because they are too short and b because they aren't a live rear axel with some form of payload.

Dunno what your on about, but i have had no dramas with lack of room in our wagon, 1 labby,3 kids bikes, 4 bags and still room in the back.

seeing that video ford put up today has got me keen to see how it looks though, aggressive front end

Well they are being made now so would be harder to reason why they would go back to 245's for rears.

Would you by any chance be an Ford employee...as you seem very confident in your assumptions that it 'will' have this and that ?

As soon as I can buy an FH XR8 on a 2.9% deal I will get one, if not I'll have to try my luck again when they are second hand.

These cars won't need cheap finance or discounts to sell. Allocation will be low and people like me are preordering. This car is for the people who missed out on GTF.

If that is indeed the case then i'll wait for the second hands down the track, I'm in no rush.
