Hello everyone!

Proud new papa of a 280,000 Km 2006 Focus 4 door sedan LX. Plopped some Continental tires on it for longevity, have taken it to highway speeds, and find it to be generally in good nick. I am currently considering it for a single person car camper, and am waiting on a facia plate to install my Sony audio head with Android Auto and a 10inch preamped subwoofer.

Hi All,
The boss says to say hi, I was a member sometime ago but some how I've had to rejoin after a period of time away. Mostly had fords, first was a 78 escort 2.0l GHIA, then another escort, then a XD wagon, then family stuff, then AU, BA fairmonts and now a FG mk2 XR6.
Cheers

Hi guys. Lots of fords over the years, but currently have a BA wagon as my daily beater (wife gets the ‘good‘ car). Looking to do a mild sleeper build as a project with my son: swapping Barra for turbo Barra if it’s doable. Only a basic home mechanic, so hoping for some expert help here... (be kind ). Cheers.

Hi Keny and welcome to AFF.

Try asking in the Laser & Telstar Forums, someone there may be able to help locating one.

Hi all first time here thanks for letting me join unsure on things on here but will work it out as I go.

I own a 93 ED falcon and in the process of getting the engine done for boosting have bigger injectors J3 chip and fuel pump. My issue is the chip keeps throwing out the tune and running really rich and chomping the fuel down worse than before. Been looking at trying to get a barra ecu for it but unsure on how to wire it up to get everything working together so why not ask. Anyway cheers people

As this thread is for new members to introduce themselves you may get more help if you ask in the F series thread.

Hi Folks,
My Name is Col, I live in PERTH. My Ford history is way back with a Ford Prefect, then a Ford 100E, followed by a Ford Cortina 240, then a Ford XT, then a Ford XD, then came a Ford AU series 3 great car, and now I drive 2 Fords a Territory AWD TS & my Baby Territory GHIA. Gday Folks,

Thanks for the welcome onto the forum. Just recently purchased a SZ RWD 4l Territory and am very impressed with it. We needed a large wagon to take the grandkids who are still in car seats around and only had 2 seater vehicles.

So I've jumped onto the Forum to find information on this rig and to keep it going. The one glitch that we've had which is being covered by the warranty is the EPS Rack has failed and it will be replaced by a 12 mth Warranty second hand unit.

Has anyone come across this problem in the Australian Steering rack before, is it a common thing?

Cheers

Hey folks
My first post to the ford forum.
I am always readinģ through various threads. Very knowledgeable ford people onboard here, unlike myself haha.
Ive got picked up a falcon an AU III XR6 VCT Ute 2002.
Its the newest car ive ever had and everything is in working order. Looking to do a couple small mods on it including an exhaust or full exhaust system (if its going to be worth my while) more air flow again only if w.
And also look at anything easy and low-mid cost that someone may recommend. I have tools and very little clue HaHaHaHa
Anyway... hello and cheers

G'day I'm Kez,

I've a busted old au 3 tradesman she's been pretty good to me so i'm here to learn how to show her some love other then yearly servicing and pink slip repairs. so if anyone got any unused parts they want to get rid of i'm worth a try an owners / workshop manual would be particularly useful as i'm a **** mechanic but much better then 10 years ago when i met her in the used car sales yard. shes a hard workin girl carts firewood gear for house renovations she does it pretty easy but a lil more grunt wouldn't go astray, tips on acheiving this would be awesome. I'm shure theres plenty here i can use to get her fit If you've seen a link you think is use post away.

Remember Take care of her and she'll be loyal, honest reliable and cost you less!

Welcome, it must be “AU Ute Week”.

Sorry about the off-topic noise, it’s really ramped up lately. There are still a good number of clued-in people who’ll meet you halfway in your mechanical efforts.

Hi V8mum,
Welcome.
I am an "old" member (lotusproject) returning after an abscence of some years.
I have an MD Mondeo Titanium diesel, with a Bluefin Superchip installed. Slightly better fuel economy around town and heaps more torque. Smooth and quiet to drive. I enjoy long trips with my Shetland Sheepdog in a pet carrier in the back seat. Not sure she enjoys the driving, but likes it when we reach a destination.

Hi to all Ford owners.
Today is my 1st post on the Ford forums, longtime overdue.
What a fantastic platform for aspects of our beloved marque of vehicles.
I'm not 100% sure if this is the correct process or sub section page.
But my name is Mr Kim Barling
I'm from Nthrn sub of melb.
I own 3 ford vehicles two of which are currently club reg cars.
One is a 93 Ford DC ll LTD 5ltr, which sadly sustained some minor damage at a local shopping car carpark. My guard and bmpr are repairable.
From a person who clearly doesn't use mirrors backed into the front of my car while it was parked.
My enquiry to you all is if anyone can possibly assist me in sourcing a drivers side DC LTD headlight and clear indicator lense. As searching via wreckers has been challenging and unsuccessful thus far.
My gmail is k.barling67@gmail.com
Look forward to hearing from you all.
