They did that to a main road in my area. Not to long ago. I will go down there tonight and see if it still is there and will take a pic and post it.

They usually paint the same markings back on the road so theres a fair chance the lines already existed.

If it was illegally parked the Police would have had it moved, they didn't so it wasn't.
