mine came from a another dealer (costanzo suzuki) but they deserve a rating i guess, sales 6 service and warranty 2 excellent thread 64 compact, maybe we could make this an on going thing to see if the lower performing ones pick up there act.

Rod Lawrence Ford (not there anymore) = 8 (Excellent service ... one little problem with them ... but it wasn't major though .. all sorted at the time)
Phil McCaroll Ford Camden = 5 (Average ... nearing on poor) Sinclair Ford Penrith = 9 (They have been pretty damn good ... but not 100% perfect) Winford Ford Windsor = 10 (Thank goodness they are close to me) PW Ford Smithfield and Warwick Farm (Parts dept) = 10 Excellent

A Polites. 10/10. the dope who gave him a 1 must be loopy. Have never seen him do the wrong thing. Makes me wonder what the bloke did who rated him a 1. Any chance of a Story? |

Have to ask Rapid Xr8 what Thomsons did to him? Or is he just wingeing in anonimity because he did not get his way on a warranty claim? |

i am very supprised at some of the low scores. and we all own Fords, how many ford owners did the Dealer Principles turn over th the DARK SIDE?? I think Dealers should see this thread and wake up. I work on the assumption that all a customer wants is good service and their car fixted. nothing else i believe the customer comes to me because he likes to deal with me, therefore i appriceate them coming so i can help them. Wake up Ford Dealers and fix this bad service problem. or you will be no 6 in sales!!!

Used Cars 8 almost too helpful but I did end up buying my Typhoon off him. New Cars 8 even though I said I couln't foot the bill for a BF XR8 he was still happy to talk to me and asked how the Typhoon was BBF MtGravatt 9 Took the Typhoon to them for waranty work and were only curteous and prompt in fixing the problem ( busted potentiometer in the accel peddal ) and even when this fixed it called me back to fit a new throtle position sensor they ordered. On top of that when she goes in for service they are going to do paint waranty on the Brake Caliper and rear spoiler. Great service

I know there is Titan Ford in Sydney and a Titan Ford in Perth. I thought that Ford would not let two dealerships have the same name. Odd that.
