ALT+RIGHT ARROW - Go to the next page
ALT+LEFT ARROW - Go to the previous page
CTRL+F - Find on this page
F5 or CTRL+R - Refresh current web page
ESC - Stop downloading a page
CTRL+ENTER - Add "www." to the beginning and ".com" to the end of the text typed in the Address bar

or press F1 and search "shortcut key" for the rest (lazy people...).

It won't delete all the files that are in use at the time of running it, but it'll delete most things in Program Files and some out of the Windows folder, and all of the files out of Documents and Settings (XP only) that aren't in the current users folder. (/F = delete read only files and /Q is don't ask to delete a file)
