Yeah screenshots would be hard, but would be good to put them up, i till post my mine up when i start to get into it
Other then that can only rely on peoples honestly obviously if the best time anyone can get is 8 flat someone who gets 5 mins in the phoon, is a bit of a cheat... i think the 8:43 i did is a good starting point anyway as a rough guide Chris

Yeah, I did a 8:59 in my ST170!!! only thing new was a NOS bottle, everything else stock. Oh, except the racing/medium tyres I had on there. I'm going to have to TRY to memorise that track. I love it. It's long, deceptively quick, and very very challenging.
I am also getting used to the feel of the game, needforspeed, it ISN'T the same as prologue or GT3. |

Just got the game. First thing I did was Arcade mode with the F6 at the Nurburgring. 8:48 it was a very messy lap, but it's not bad for a first go I guess. I might go and see if I can better it now.

I don't, that sounds fair to me. My 8.36 involved a very near spin coming out of one corner and heaps of offs. Another 15 seconds would be a piece of **** with practise.
BTW I'm doing it in a manual with sports medium tyres, might whack some softs on later. |

What might be an idea is to just start a list with everyones username and the time they put up and just keep editing said list when you get a new updated time or if a new person gets a time, that way it will make it easy to see who is where and how fast/slow everyone is going Just copy paste what is below and go from there i think These are in fastest order atm, just trying to get all the users down before the thread gets to big micmansour - 8'21.583 HOON69 - 8.25.472 Psycho Chicken - 8'36 fordel - 8'43 ianmcginley - 8'53.751 lvl619 - 8' something..... needfordspeed - 9.08.225

To upload the screenies, when you make a new post, click on " Go Advanced " then you will have the button which says " Manage Attachments "
Click on that and you can then upload a (small) file to the server Else you can email me by and i can put them up for you Cheers Chris

I got my GT around the Nurburgring in 7.59, the best track on a racing game I reckon ....... im off to do it again !

I am up for this. Will try and get a screenshot up of my best time. What do you race with? I race with traction off, and all the other stability control and that on zero. Or do we race with it all on?

Does it have to be done in Time Trial mode? I just did a 'quick race' and clocked a 8'21:274 I won't add that time to the list incase it doesn't count

I just ran the Nismo R32 GT-R (294kW) and I did 8'05 on my first lap...
Now I know why these things were pulled out of Australian touring car races.... THIS IS A '89 MODEL TOO!!!!! Man I wish I didn't have work this week, as I'd much rather do lap after lap of the Nurb in the F6 competing against you guys hehe.. (any excuse not to go LOL) |
