EB XR6, just under 206,000km, had it since 110,000km, i think i bought it in 2002...original head gasket, original gearbox, had no driveline failures at all and believe me, if any e-series needed an excuse to go bang, its mine!
currently running 9psi on a stock computer, still not blowing smoke or using oil - it loves it! |

well i think ive got the highest non extaxi, 543,000kms when she died, original motor, now its got a au motor with apparently 28,000kms on it, bought the car march 2003 with 468,000kms on it, the car has been off the road exactly one year on april 12th.
it wasnt a taxi, it was a sales rep car who bought the car off the company, two owners before me, the company then that guy, then me. it had $23,000 worth of receipts. Ehab

Dec 2002 purchase @ ~250,000kms I started modding at 300,000 Now on just shy of 330,000kms, but that's probably closer to 325,000kms since I haven't recalibrated my speedo yet (has a different diff ratio now) Original auto & engine. |

Cluster died on my ef wags at 498xxxklm(non cab),combined with new one,it left today with about 507xxxklm,newest member of the family,an ebxr8,arrived today with 192xxxklm,well thats what it reads anyway,no history.
Some of the early eseries' on this list have very low k's for their age,I'd be reluctent to beleive them without history.

Well, looks like I come 3rd so far. Maybe second for the non-taxis. Mine had done 280,000 when I bought it in March 2003. It has now done about 340,000. That is a rough estimate based on the fact that I am onto the 3rd speedo that I have had in there. But, adding the figures together, thats about what i get.

1990 EA S2 FALCON S - ODO READING AS AT 9.24am 9/2/2006 = 139,046KM.
which is only 8,690.375KM A YEAR SINCE NEW. Car has only been driven once this year so far, mind you. My work takes me away from it a bit. but that just means when i get back to it, it ends up getting more and more mods done to it at once. |
