I did see a funny site on monday actually, involving coppers. One guy at the end of the day started doing a burnout in his red VB/C/H or whatever in the carpark at sandown. There were two cops standing less than 10 metres away, WHEN HE STARTED! The look on their face was priceless, like "is that guy retarded, surely he cant be THAT stupid???" Not sure the outcome, but he looked pretty shocked when they tapped on his window mid-burnout...

sorry I didnt make it down fellas ,hope you had fun AL

with the slip .which hole is the idler bolt in top or bottom? as the tension I had on belt was heavy as ....
belts nearly touched together at the at the ldler to give max wrap on pulley
also have you checked alignment in belt and weither the bracket maybe flexing @high revs/load as that space cut out on the aircon bracket will do this ( or check ac bracket as I cracked 3 in a short time
try that and if all else fails ring or drop by
also I have a can of spray here for ya that will help a fair bit ,

I am. They are bosch 24lb injectors, with a malpassi 1:6 rising rate reg, and a Bosch 040 fuel pump.
