After watching that I am thinking what a safe car I drive, if that much damage is done by hitting a tree and no-one is hurt, that's amazing! Pretty lucky that there wasn't anyone sitting behind the driver though.

he wont be able to claim anything will he..? him being at "fault" or whatever..?

i dont understand the laws and insurance and all that jazz when you have to swerve to not hit someone (person stepping out, car pulling out, being lane changed on, etc etc) or something (animals, falling things, etc) and crash..
