To the OP. You said it yourself that she considers tarting up "bogan". So as many have suggested buy here a gift voucher. Because you don't want to buy her something only for her to not like it.

oh and yes to making sure she can play music through her Ipod/Iphone. Oh and maybe having bluetooth headunit. It's not really girly but I think it's something far better and that she will find use for

Tint the windows black, pink number plate surrounds, lower it, and it will be super aweshum, all my chick friends who have tinted windows and lower their cars absolutely love the look
DO NOT LET HER PUT FRANGIPANI STICKERS ON IT
When I see girls cars with frangi stickers on it it just screams out cheap and tacky

Oh yeah and +2 to sound system with iPod connectivity, that's the number one priority for girls cars

Going by my nieces Astra convertible, I think just leave her with it, the clothes, empty drink containers and other stuff will tend to accumulate on the back seat and floor, then on to the front seat and floor.

Custom numberplates, depending on what state you are in.

Pink/Purple etc. plates always scream its a Girls car. But do you really want it to be obvious?
P-Plates and say Frangipannis on a Falcon and every male P-Plater will be speeding up in Traffic to take a look at who is driving.

I think as soon as you put p-plates on a car guys check who is in it.
You can normally pic the chicks car even if it appears standard on the outside... Not that I look or anything

MY sister barina looks girly

Pink number plates, and surrounds.
Pink steel wheels, which have the silver hubcaps over them so you can only see little bits of pink.
Black and pink seat covers.
Possible a pink steering wheel cover? I forget.
Pretty much just paint all little things pink.

Have you ever had to drive it Ben?

I find that I feel insufficiently blessed of the fruits when driving the fiesta on the last page.

Some fellas go for cheap and tacky, so frangi stickers might put off nice guys and attract the wrong sort....

What about something simple, like a girly hat or teddy bear on the rear parcel shelf?

I've seen a white AU with its bump strips along the side painted pink. That was enough to tell me it was a females car... I hope.

Going by the cars sheilas drive down here in Geelong, get a set of Ford rims, the Tickford 17's for a Series 1, the Rebels or XR 17's for a Series 2 or 3, and then lower it. If cash permits, chuck a sports exhaust on it too... Let her do all the stickers and crap if she wants that stuff. The girls that drive the Falcons and Commodores/ Statesmans here don't do all the pink stickers and stuff on the outside, at most they do the pink or purple number plates.
