I'll be paying and posting for 3 cars tomorrow, for convenience sake, am I able to reserve a small space and have them all parked side by side? Thanks

Hi Guys
Some feedback from some potential entrants, I think are good idea and can we take on board for the future. Paying Online – An email box could be setup for those paying online to submit their entry forms online also. Maybe on the link the ford Show, sub Category could show “Paying Online – Submit Your Entry Form Online” Have a special inbox setup that has an email address like fordshowentryforms@fpvxrclubact.com Entry Form – On the entry form itself it does not provide the address. It says “Via post with Cheque or Money Order, payable to FPV and XR Owners Club of ACT Direct Deposit FPV & XR Owners Club of ACT BSB: 112908 Account: 002464554 Reference: Surname Firstname It should also include the address where to send it to underneath payment details. The address should be in the payments section under Method Of Payment Rather than at the top. People are looking in the section where to make the payment too and how to make it. The address shouldn’t be split up elsewhere in the form. I know it is above at the top and on the show page, but when you read something and give people instructions, then it reads from top to bottom. The address at the top does not say, send entries here unless you are on the page. But from within the entry forms, have all deals at hand not at various spots. I know logically you can work it out, but you need to expect that some people may get confused. Less questions asked, the better, because you know all the info in there and easy to understand and follow. In order for entrants to submit their forms electronically, the PDF needs to be updated to allow people to type in their details. Check boxes to be interactive to allow the person to select the categories. Last time I played with Adobe Acrobat Distiller it allowed you to create the form this way. Anyway, these are some idea’s. I think they have merit. If the aim is to get as many pre entries as possible, simplifying the process to make it easier will assist in achieving this. Previous entrants received a letter and a self-stamp addressed envelope which is great, but attracting new entrants, it needs to be a convenient process . The person who gave feedback is going to bring their form along on the day and submit it at the entry point. He will pay online. Thanks

At the last meeting it was mentioned that an entrant pack was going out to those who had already pre-entered. Is this still the case, as I have received nothing as yet.
I wouldn't want to turn up next week without something I need.

Information sheet and a windscreen sticker. Nothing too exciting.
If you pre entered, I think you should have received one. Someone from the committee can confirm.

Some pre-entrants didn't get to me before the mail cutoff. so we'll look after them on the day.
I'm getting around to sending an email to everyone concerned tonight (got last bunch of entries only last night).

Correct Bucky, should the lawns be deemed too wet, we've got a nearby carpark as fall back, the show goes on.

There's no before meet.
For club members, arrive nice and early, and at the show location so setup can be done and cars shined before everyone else shows up.
