There will be 2 meeting times for departure to Valla.
1) 1.15 PM friday 2nd at the food for less carpark in Port and leaving 1.30 PM SHARP. 2) 5.00 PM friday 2nd at the food for less carpark in Port and leaving 5.15 PM If you are going to be late on one of these runs please give me a ring on 0423420078 The club will be supplying food and drink for friday night, saturday and sunday mornings. There will be steak and sausage sandwiches, bacon and egg rolls, and a few extras like cheese and salad. Food costs will be $25.00 per head for as much as you can eat with a can of drink of your choice with your meal = $8.00 per meal. Saturday night the park will be putting on a dress up party ( 70's theme ) and everybody will have to buy there own dinner from the bistro at the park. They have all types of meals available. All lunches are up to each individual. Club will be supplying coffee and tea and cold water. The club is also supplying light snacks on sat avo. Due to circumstances involved with us breaking a 24 year tradition with the GT clubs, we have pulled the pin on our stay at Valla Beach resort. Being our 1st year in running and finding our feet, we did not know we were standing on other clubs toes by us staying at the resort, and for this the club appologises for this. But on the other hand we are there for the cars, as all members of the Mid North Coast Ford Owners Club are car enthusiast's and not gate crashers, we are here to view some beautiful GT's on show and nothing else ! So to avoid confrontation we are now staying at another park at short notice. We still get to go out and have a great weekend and we dont upset those that want to keep a 24 year old tradition running. The club apologises to its members for short notice, but its only a change of scenery, everything else planned stays the same. Thank you.
