Greed and a non caring attitude to people
That and a lack of respect, not just for the elderly, but in general is a lot of the problems in todays world
Even in here (Ford Forums) there can be a total lack of respect for other people and their opinions
Its sad, but its true

For christ sake, help people, I dont know how many customers come in to us with their remote controls not working, we will put 2 x AAA batteries in their control for no cost, and a smile. Customer service people..... Do you want these customers to buy once from you, or multiple times, and to recommend your buisness as a good place to deal. It is not rocket science, treat people as you want to be treated

Shameful treatment if you ask me. A Ford dealer in country Victoria wanted to charge me $80 for them to show me where I can access the fuse box I'm my Focus. Not change a fuse, SHOW ME where the bloody thing is.

I think the owners manual is purposely vague to get people to bring cars in for basic stuff. I confirmed this with the useless instructions given on changing a head lamp.
