There is no way england will win a test this summer. Their bowling is just not suited to the Australian conditions. Freddie can't do everything and half their team hasn't played a test in Aust.

Great match - Ponting, Langer, McGrath are all stars...and all had something to prove going into the match. Time for Gilly to get the monkey off his back in Adelaide and further demoralise the Poms.

good to hear the team will remain unchanged in adelaide. I feel more confidence knowing this, and I reckon punter is far more focussed to bring the ashes home.

Tony Greing is a complete tool. He was reading th eprofile of one of the Aussie players (can't remember which one) he goes: "he's got four daughters, must have been trying for a son, question is, how long do you keep trying?"..Is THIS really necessary from a cricket commentator. A few years ago he was in trouble for saying an asian bride was mail order. he needs to retire. When I was 8 years old he was the captain of "the rest of the World, lol"

Default Adelaide Oval Aus v Eng

Just had a quick look on the net, Poms all out !
We have one session to win, Target 168 runs in 36 overs, run rate required 4.67.
Great team effort by our boys and what a horror by the Poms.
This has turned into a One Day last session for our guys to win, what a buzz it must be there.

Lost an early wicket 1/14. Ponting now in to bat. I still think they can do it.

Hayden gone 2/33, still plenty of wickets to go for it, it will come the time if not to shut shop and take the draw but I hope not !

Should have "Spoiler" in Thread Title. Loving the cricket but. Can't ask for much better than this. Aussies need to settle a bit though.
