This was a thread about cars you're looking forward to seeing. It had nothing to do with Tesla but you have weaved it in again. And by doing that, it will no doubt attract a certain kmav and then it becomes a thread about Electric cars. Can you just stick to the damned topic!?! Tell us about what you're actually looking forward on seeing or go hate on Tesla and Elon on one of the dedicated threads.

The topic was ... cars you're looking forward to seeing... aren't Tesla vehicles? I'm genuinely looking forward to seeing the listed Tesla vehicles. |

Er... Are you suggesting (or have I misunderstood) that you think I actually care for Elon's hype? Liking a Tesla product doesn't equal subscribing to everything that Elon says.
Just like my liking of Ford doesn't mean I subscribed to anything Henry Senior had to say about anything.

Not sure why someone who doesn't like Telsa or is not buying one is upset on their release date.

Ranger / Raptor / Everest Release - Just Interested to see if they have listened to this market with Engine Options and how much Bronco DNA is carried over to the Everest.
Ford Maverick if it comes here. Release of the Rivian Dual Cab / SUV - Something different. Also how close it will get in price, to the converted Dodge Rams here. Big Block Mustang with the upcoming Windsor Motor - Not officially mentioned but will probably be the last hurrah for N/A V8 I.C.E. if and when released. V8 Hybrid Mustang will also be interesting to see how it all works out performance wise. Will it be too heavy, will electric motors help with acceleration ect.

I forgot about the 400Z. Definitely interested but I don't really try and keep up with updates.
These are spy pics of the 'production' 400Z. I still would have liked quad pipes more further apart more inline with the 300ZX if they are using that as an inspiration. So far I like what I'm seeing and reading though. Hopefully not a let down like the new Supra. https://www.caradvice.com.au/936335/...-model-leaked/ |

Ineos Grenadier is another one I would be interested in should it arrive here as predicted.

I heard something about Walkinshaw and VW teaming up on the Amarok W580.
Naturally I was thinking with the W580 branding it would be a wicked engine either a V8 or seriously tuned turbo V6. But no it is about the torque value. Seriously what a let down |

The new Hyundai straight 6 diesel interests me. Seems to buck all of the downsizing ute engine trends.
Seems each manufacturer has different ideas of where the engine tech is going. Hyundai going to a straight 6 diesel, Landcruiser going to a V6, lots of small turbo petrols, F truck with NA 7.3L and the list goes on. |

With a rumoured three pedal gearbox, befitting a proper sports car.

Nothing in the "working class" price bracket excites me now. I also on occasions
read car advice etc, and as much as I appreciate performance figures and concede to electric vehicles turn coming, I'm going to miss the various sounds... V8's, flat turbo sixes, rotary engines and the multitude of cars we used to identify by sound. Car advertisements now about how it connects to order your pizza, ring mum, or play a song... it's a sad day coming for the motor enthusiast. self driving, speed sign recognition etc, won't be long , your car will issue you a fine if you inadvertently operate it incorrectly. I just hope parts stay available for the G6ET for a fair bit longer yet, and our ever loving Govco don't tax us off the road

If Kia brought the Stinger out with the Genesis G90's 5.0 litre V8, I'd be buying one tomorrow. Other than that, slim pickings.

What a fall from grace for the Walkinshaw/HSV group - that heritage to just chucking wheels on things and putting stickers on cars

cummins powered Dodge Ram. I think (if I have that correct) it should be worthy of an interested look!

They've done pretty good on the Murican trucks though. That venture has been way more successful than anyone had anticipated I reckon. See them all the time around here. |

300 series What's your thoughts on the next Ranger/Amarok. I've never seen you comment on any Ford ever on this Ford forum. |

The DT RAM 2500 is still meant to be coming from RAM Australia and should have the Cummins diesel. It is already available through the other converters. In fact I saw one locally the other day. |
