If the world was serious about saving the planet they need to stop the stinking throw away mentality that everyone has. How much pollution is pumped out manufacturing mr riches new snob mobile every 3 years? Back in the day everything could be repaired and lasted years and years, you spread the emissions used to produce things out over a longer period.
But I guess that would mean we couldn't have shiny new things all the time

Are you suggesting that they hadn’t factored in volcanic activity for the last 600 odd years.......(back when animal husbandry commenced) ?.

According to Media Watch The Australian has made a decision to acknowledge the climate change realities by coauthoring, with scientists assisting, the reality of the accelerating emergency as a fundamental change of editorial position.
The question is as to exactly how long it will transfer to their tabloids and particularly Sky After Dark spruikers.......or 2GB table thumpers. Then will he accept the medical advice on PM2.5 and noxious gasses reducing life expectancy for the most exposed?. Maybe Lachlan has indicated that he’d quite enjoy taking over a viable organisation.

Coming home from work sunday evening at 5.30pm, three houses already had their woodheaters going. Thats two weeks into autumn. I can't wait for the globe to start heating. We are an hour and a half east of melbourne.

We are given full on proper breathing apparatus to travel through the big tunnels that are at the top of steep hills because even with windows closed and AC on recirculate the fumes get inside. |

Keep reading these very informative posts regarding how ICE power is better for environment, because of Co2 produced mining precious metals required for batteries, or the coal burnt to re-charge, etc, etc, etc.
Can you please provide the data for the amount of Co2 produced to get the petrol from the ground, to after it's burnt in an ICE? From the very begging of the oil extraction process, to the very end usage. I'm very interesting to know. Thanks. |

Be good to know and add some more weight to your point of view. Are they still having to ship different components of the batteries from all over the world in pollution causing ships, acid to help with the mining, that's left in the soil and are they still using children with some of the mining? Would be some great points to clarify, thanks in advance for the upcoming information.
