If they're retiring the Falcon brand maybe you could use it?

Hopefully because im not using the authentic Ford colours (silver and the darker blue they have), half shadow and the different outline it should be ok? I designed the whole thing from scratch I would be surprised if it does cause a beef

As long as the FORD and FALCON brand name is registered (TM) you will not be able to sell them to profit unless you have the permission of the brand name owner. OTOH, you may well be able to "dispose" of them another way, by PM maybe Sorry to burst your bubble mate, but PM me when you are ready .

Ok well on second thoughts to not upset Fords men in suits and avoid the risk I wont ebay them. I will work out an official $ asap and details. Instead I will personally PM everyone that has registered their interest and talk about "disposing" them ;)
ps mrghia - I like the idea of a personal custom pic for the shelf |

Yes please, when you decide you don't want one anymore, just send me a quote for "freight" and I will take it off your hands...

Worth a shot, and just emphasise it is a low-numbers production run for a bunch of enthusiasts, not a full scale profit making operation and you might get a good answer.

It's not going to 'compete' with them for sales, in fact your promoting the brand.
Knowing the yanks though, they will probably want you to manufacture it in the good ol' ....

So your cost recovery on making a few tables for fellow enthusiasts shouldn't be a and issue. It's worth asking.
