because not every AU needs to be a t or an xr, I'm quite partial to the 18-spokers as per below:

Standard fitment on AU1 Ghia, AUII Fairmont and AUIII Futura.
Pretty much the only AU wheels that I have seen multiple BA/BFs with too.
Poor man's Azzuro's maybe?

I have to agree, I love the Rebels, just a shame they do not fit of the larger brakes.

Those mags look great mate they suit the car nicely, cant wait to get myself a set! I love the azzuro's too but after all considerations the stock ba ghia mag is the way to go for me. When i squint when looking at you're mags MGGT RAA they kinda look like some v8 supercar mags.Very nice!

cheers,Maka

Wow MGGT RAA, I usually hate painted/powdercoated rims (why matt black? looks terrible) but those white BA lane wheels look tops. I'd never thought of how an AU would look with BA lane wheels, but I can now say it looks awesome!

Found it!

They originally were meant to be a temporary/track set, but after seeing them on the car in white ive stuck with them since!

I might add i dont think there is such a thing as the best wheels to suit an AU, or any type of car... Id say it all comes down to what look your after and what your happy with looks and practicality-wise...

I think BA GTP's look alright on mine.

I haven't seen another AU with them yet.

i really like the stock silver 16"s on the old taxi's and police cars, that silver looks great for a steel wheel.

if you want front brakes 18" is the smallest rim that fits the series 2 330mm brake uprgrade and you need an offset like i quoted above.
It depends on what your car is for, sure if its a taxi get stock taxi 16s, anything black or chrome or rice is now all s hit

no pics, but I gave you the magic numbers
