Car back.
They decided to machine the front brakes. and the result.... Silence on the road. Simple fix, which i was going to go get done in the first place. Always follow your gut instinct right? Anyway im very happy now this is all finally over. Dealer no.2 was very good, explained the noise is not quite gone, but much much quieter. To be honest, i really couldn't hear it. Anyway, if anyone every gets something like this in their fiesta, you know exactly what to get done. Take it to a trusted dealer and have the front brakes machined. Hopefully this thread helps someone along the line.

can you name the dealer who helped you in the end? how many km's on your rotors?

Powerford Castle Hill. there is about 33000kms on it. noise started at roughly 31000kms. Apparently the fiesta they drove had 45000kms on it and did the same thing.
