Yes the 93 Cobra had 235 h.p and 280 Ft/Lb..

Yeah it is a bit nuts really. I'm thinking that if i bought an FG Falcon i'd try to make it a nice NA 4.0 unit. I mean with 98 RON the things pumps out nealry 420nm or something so i think with a few light mods and a tune you'd be running around with a 230kw and 430nm and it would a nice driveable unit. I mean the BA XR6T had (heavilly detuned mind you) 240kw and 480nm and that was craploads though a 4sp auto. When i first drove that i couldnt' for the life of me work out why anyone woudl need more power for a daily driver. Of course as an EF XR6 owner im well aware of the 6 faster than 8 mantra which has been true for some time for local fords....at least up to B series...
