In true Ford style the Momo knob and wheel were 2 seprate optoins hence the seprate stamping, the knob option was $130 yet you could get it at trade from spares @ $110 : needless to say no stamp on mine but it has the Knob :

Got a Rebel with the momo wheel and knob but they where standard fit to this model so no plate either

Interesting.
My XR8 is also missing this plate. And been feeling paranoid about it.
So no extra options means no plate.
