OK, here we go. The list starts in 1980. Green for my favourites, red for the lemons!!
1. Toyota Corona '76. Ex parents car. Tuff little critter, couldn't kill it!!
2. XB GS Sedan, 302 t-bar. Nice, should have held on to it.
3. XC Fairmont Sedan, 302 t-bar. Looked a million dollars, went like 10 cents. Bit of a dud.
4. XA GT Sedan (genuine), 351 4speed. Best car I ever owned. Stolen in June 1985. Hope karma has claimed the thieves.
5. VC Valiant Wagon, 225 3 on the column.
A registered paddock basher, got me out of my transport woes when the GT went missing.

6. VF VIP Valiant, 318 Auto. The valiant version of the Fairlane. Best $250 I ever spent. Great car with loads of character. Rust got it in the end.

7. VK Valiant Sedan, 215 Manual. Good car but written off in a big prang. Lucky I didn't get written off with it.
8. XA GS Sedan, 250 4speed. Great car, never had to lay a spanner on it. Horribly rusty in the rear end, was held together by builders foam!!
9. XB Sedan 351 4speed. Factory ordered, was to be my big project but was jinxed. Had more hits in the rear than Liberace (twice in 3 days!!) and ended up being sideswiped by a truck, crunching the whole side. This with the rust getting in I finished up parting it out.
10. XB Fairmont Sedan, 250 4speed. Very clean and neat car but by this stage was over "old" cars. decided to go "trendy".
11. KE Laser TX3, 4speed. A very cool little car and great fun. Fond memories of this little beastie. Sold it to raise money for a house deposit.
12. XC Fairmont GXL, 302 t-bar. Beautiful one owner mint apart from the paint going off. Second best car I ever had. Sadly written off in an accident, other guy charged by the coppers.
13. EA Fairmont Ghia, auto. An absolute dud, the worst car I have ever owned. Major mistake here.
14. ED Fairmont Ghia. Bought as a low mileage 1 owner and paid accordingly. Was great for 3 years then fell apart. 2 head gaskets, 3 electric windows, the a/c and the list goes on. The second worst car I ever had!!
15. AU1 XR6 Auto. Ford were on their last chance with this one. A good car which restored my faith despite an auto crapping out.
16. BA1 XR6 Auto (current). Just had to have one, didn't I. No regrets, as good as the AU was this thing is streets ahead.
17. XC Fairmont Coupe, 302 4speed (current). My toy, and I love it!!

Here is a list of cars I have had parked in the garage over the years.

XB GS Falcon coupe (My first car) gave it a hard time but loved it.

TE Cortina, four pot drped with King springs and Koni shocks (I could not fit my fist under the front X member as she was so low".

69 Datto 1600 (Don't hold it against me), she was a fun car, big cam, twin SU's with a 2 1/2" system with only a hot dog to shut it up.

TD Cortina, ИИИИИer

LH Torana Brock Blue, mild 308, Turbo 400 & 9" with 3.7's, mini tubbed fitted with Weld Drag Lites, daily driver that pulled a 13.7 loved that car.

84 Rodeo which was one of those cars that you could leave unlocked anywhere and drive anywhere.

XD Ute with a 351C & XF front "POS"

VS Commodore VT rims, FE2

XY Falcon (still own) view for details www.cardomain.com/id/clevo8

EF Futura wagon (still own)

My List is only 5 long... Since 1993.

1) 1972 MK I Escort 2 door. 1.3 litre. Canary Yellow and had a "Custom" Rollerbrushed paint job with a Yellow Clutch, Red brake pedal and Green Accelerator.
2) 1981 Toyota T-18 - Research proved that this was the most underpowered P.O.S Toyota ever brought out here. Had Custom front brakes, so would stop on a time. Strut mounts went through the bonnet going over speed humps @ Griffith Uni. Needless to say that was almost its last Action.
3) 1996 Laser 1.6 LXi, Was good...although 180,000 mainly city Kilometres in 5 years killed it. Should have paid $600 more for the 1.8 and got more grunt and rear discs.... Drums were expensive to replace from Ford.
4) 2002 Corolla Wagon, Current Wifes Car... Was always going to be the wifes car when i got ourselves a 2nd car in 2003..... Shame 2003 became 2006. Doh.
5) 2003 Focus Zetec 5dr. Picked it up with only 26,000k's Genuine... Past owners lived at a retirement village and they probably got sick of changing gears in a manual!

Since 2003;

EB Fairmont 4.0. Great car. Only let me down twice, one of which was my own fault and was fixed that night. Other time cost $30 to fix. Did ripper burnouts for a stocker. Put it into the side of a car that ran a red and parted it out.

1983 XE GL 4.1. Was gonna get it all reged up but something better came along. Sat on the lawn until I pulled the head off for scrap and got it towed away.

1982 XE Ghia 4.1. Got it for parts really. Paid $100, I think I made about $100 off it. Was pretty rooted. Rust everywhere, interior was shagged, couldn't get into first unless you manually selected it, steering box had been put in wrong and you got more movement to the right than left.

1979 XD Ghia 302. Fairly clean I spose. Only one bit of rust in it. Dizzy was flogged, otherwise fine, if not gutless. Put a manual in it, which made the dizzy problem worse. Had it all booked in for the roadie and reg, then the dizzy died that morning. Cracked it with it, pulled it to bits and lost a crap load of money.

1994 NC Fairlane Ghia 5.0. Current daily. Decided the debt was better than cheap cars. A few niggling problems that I'm too lazy to fix. Otherwise great, if not a bit thirsty.

1974 XB 500 Coupe. Got as a rolling shell, she's my toy. Will run again some day.

1972 XA 500 Ute. Rusted to hell and back. Parts car. Going this weekend.
