So Ford should be punished for donating money to someone? Yup, this AFA mob certainly sounds like a group worth listening to.

I used to work for a plumber in a town called Taradale about halfway between Castlemaine and Kyneton, and he used to get a lot of work out Daylesford way, especially with a lot of people building Bed & Breakfast's. Daylesford is full of gay people, and I couldn't even begin to count how many gay people we worked for, but I can tell you one thing. Not one of them was lacking money.

Good move by Ford, I say. As far as upsetting some people while pleasing the rest goes, the good outweighs the bad.

Actually, rumour has it that they used to get around in a white XD with a brown boot. But you were close. They don't have it anymore though, someone slammed into the back of it and made a terrible mess. :hihi:

Meh, just wait till Ford bring out the optional pink oval badges and see what they have to say....

Does that mean that any car with a black leather interior is designed for the gay man in mind? hmmm...

bloody hell some of you people need to get over the gay issue. they are everywhere and do the same stuff you do. who cares if ford is aiming some of its marketing junket at homosexuals and who cares if they drive a ford. it takes nothing away from the rich heritage of the badge or your own cars.

So Henry Ford gets slammed for writing "that" book, now Ford get slammed for donating money to a totally legal lifestyle charity....Well you can't please everyone hey? Should we boycott the oil companies for funding George W Bush?

By the way, to my way of thinking, everyone is biased because everyone has an opinion. If you have the choice between two or more "things", you will always sway towards one over the others, the trick is to not let your opinions overrule your life and general sensibilities. My 2c anyway....

So what someone has to do is find out what companies these 3 million fundamentalist sanctimoneous morons work for, then organise a web site outlining those companies and encorage people to ban buying products from those companies. That would show them what REAL mayhem is

This would have to be one of the most intelligent comments I have read...

And last time I can recall reading what the queers like to drive, the Green AU XRs came in second too.

Jag also ran a campaign targetting same sex couples - obviously they have the absolute dual-income-no-kids disposable income.

Agreed. It's amazing how threatened some people get towards gays, you would think their nazi war criminals the way some people go on.

As George Carlin once said "Gays are good, gays mean more ladies for me"

And congradulations to the hard line conservatives in the christian church, who are yet to realise that their knee jerk, over the top reactions actually serve to discredit everything the church is supposed to stand for, in particular, not judging others.

Hang on man, my gripe is not with gays, I just hate heath Ledger. He is a real pussy in the sense that he can spit on photographers, and then whinces like a little girl when they use water pistols against him.

I'm not gay, but I know many gays, they're good blokes most of em. Of course you get your over the top weirdo gays like carson from queer eye.

In my experience those who react negatively against homosexuals are those who don't yet fully understand there own sexuality. Something to think about people.

Couple of blokes I work with are gay and built like the proverbial. I doubt anyone would have the balls to trash talk them to there faces.

I have absolutely no problem at all with Ford supporting a gay charity. Hell, Ford could be a corporate sponser for the mardi gras for all I care. Wouldn't deter me one bit...
