Biviano's in Windsor would have to be my pick at the moment

The Summit Restaurant (rotating restaurant, CBD)
Came very close to being the best meal I've had in my life, and I've had a lot of meals! Quite bloody pricey but damn, amazing views of the whole city, first class service and simply amazing food.
