Well without sounding like a bastard, I still would like to see compliance/build plates, or something.

Anyone could make that. Has it got SVO seats? SVO cluster? Or is it just badges and rims (which can be brought easily enough).

Im just saying, not a hard thing to mock up. Steering wheel seems to be a momo, would have thought that atleast would have been SVO aswell.

No your not sounding like one at all.
There was just a little too much scepticism from some folk.
Unfortunately there are some out there who will not post their pride and joy, and or ask questions because of the fear of ridicule and flaming.
Yes, there are scammers and those that talk b/s, but I am sure it gets annoying to those that have the real McCoy, to keep justifying the truth. And in many cases to those who wouldnt know a Ford from a lump of coal.

yes it does have aerotech seats covered in ZL sportsman style original fabric and are currently out of the car, they also have original zl winders and a pump up lumbre support similar to a blood pressure gizmo that the quack uses, and if you would like to check the svo or svt parts catalogue you will find that the steering wheels are all pretty much momo..note the boot light that is a fairlane only option for svo..the cluster is no different to fairlane and i would not be sure how they could have altered it as it is all digital and no where to put an svo badge or similar..
NOTE:i do have pics of seats but this bloody thing wont let me upload as soon as i work it out i will post pics of seats and winders..they are currently out of car as they are WORN out and are due to be dropped at the trimmers on friday....

Mick Webb was building these down on Princess Hwy. Noble Park Vic.

Mick is now in Ringwood, and i would bet he can recall building these ZL's, and how many he built.
I would imagine if you needed to know anything he would be the bloke to speak to.

Totally behind that!

I'm sorry but im still sceptical. The steering wheel doesn't look original, i dont know how common carbon fibre steering wheels were back in 1987.

I'd like to see the interior though as curiosity is killing the cat.

(Apologise for thread bump, have been overseas.)

According to the write up in 'street machine" 1987 there are no fairlanes to be converted to SVO, only the s-pack models here and a ford dealer in N.Z who want 15 carburetted model v8,s 351,s producing 330 hp. To date for sure there are 2 xf SVO 6 cylinder models and 1 v8 351 which is in N.Z. For there to be any other 87 model SVO,s then you will have to ask Mick Webb.
