E series work the best with Factory style (original tickford or new FPV's) rims, or anyting with some dish.

I think the AU XR style rims really suit the E series cars. However, for me it was only a matter of time I did something with my daily driver EL Swag GLi. Got these off Adam from this forum and fitted today.

oh, they're ELGT copies 17x 8 with Dunlop 3000A 235x45x17. Don't think I'll be lowering the car although obvious it do with it. Unfortunately can't trust the mrs not to bang the front into the supermarket concrete parking barriers.
