Considering the servicing undertaken within the warranty period is basically just oil changes every 15000k kms, and it is highly unlikey that an engine will die within that period, changing the oil yourself shouldnt be a problem.
If you have some mechanical knowledge, and just staple the reciepts of the oil and filter with the mileage listed in the book, it is unlikely that a dealer could genuinely void a warranty claim.
Also, how often have you heard of engines expiring within the first 3 years or 100k kms if they are serviced regularly?

A dealer cant force you to service the car at their workshop unless the servicing is free.

never had that issue before & anyway i plan to have this car for 10 years as my kids (6 & 3) grow up.

You may have the perfect engine and running gear after you have serviced it but the insides and paint will be trashed after letting your 6 and 3 year olds loose in it.

btw servicing will allways be done well before the due time & they will also know the car wont be thrashed on test drives by apprentices either :
