A: Opening in the rear inside fender for the fuel overflow tube
Correct. Mine was also lost with rust repairs.

B: Opening for the fuel tank vent (just near where the fuel supply hose comes through). This one I am not sure of because the hole looks small.
I'd need to have a look (6 yrs now....). What about that thru-to-blue hole near the tie rod bush? It just vents above the back axle somewhere RHS.

Perhaps the fact that this overflow hose drains rain water down to that area, it seems to rust out more often? Ive sorted that now

As for the fuel tank vent, it looks like I already used that hole for the fuel tank and im not going to undo my nice work so I expanded the small hole next to it from 6mm to 1 inch with a hole saw and ran the vent through that. The "thru-to-blue" hole goes to the back seat so couldnt route through there.

Seems odd to vent a fuel tank next to a hot exhaust but if its not caused a problem before, I'll just run with it.
