Not only do we not measure burgers metrically, we measure them by weight, in fractions of a pound. Diameter is meaningless.

TGI Fridays is at the Jam Factory isn't it?
@Moby Vic, great response. Put a smile on my dial. Ribs and Rumps gives out decent portions. Went to the one in Fortitude Valley and had a half rack of beef ribs, half rack of pork ribs, 220g steak and two handfuls of chips. Yum...

I love man vs food, seen every episode and whilst the eating challenges are not my thing, I just want to go to the u.s for their hotdogs, bbq, pizza, burgers and brisket. Everytime a brisket was shown I wish I could have gone into the tele, I don't know where to buy, how to cook or any eatery that even sells it.

I have a really good recipe for ribs (dry rub), but you gotta get the Famous Dave's Sweet & Zesty sauce, and it is phenomenal. If anyone wants it, let me know.

If so I've heard good things. Another place in Melbourne is Captain America's Hamburger Heaven. They have a burger and fries challenge too. I haven't been to either of these, but Man V Food has perked up my interest that's for sure. |

Just flew back home yesterday after a week in Vegas... I'm hooked on beef brisket. Haven't been anywhere here that is as good. The food at hard rock cafe Hollywood was pretty good too!
I type this as I'm watching man v food.....

Then, some places call them fries because they are cut thin and stringy.

Novembars in Perth (Dianella) is as good as it gets when it comes to Man Vs Food.
They do 101 pattie burgers, food challenges etc. The other night I had a crack at WA's (if not Australias) Hottest Burger... Before I could even have a crack at the burger with 500g chilli infused beef patty, i had to stuff down a GHOST CHILLI that had been soaked in a variety of chilli sauces and relishes. Insane. I got about halfway through before I gave up. Will be going back to have another go soon.
