Went back to work today. The only thing getting me through is the fact I get another week and a half off early February to go to the Gold Coast

Only time off I had so far is knocking off 3pm Xmas & New Years Eve, worked every other day expect public holidays, got next week off which hasn't worked out too bad.

Hasn't slowed down at all, been flat out all the way through, but in in Ag Industry Sep - March is the peak time.

I went back to work yesterday and got the sack for speeding in my own car on my own time on the last day of work last year, Apparently its bad for business and I'm irresponsible. I think i got the sack because i didn't get on with the boss's wife.

your telling me.. i try my best to sit there.. i guess it was just the company. to many dodgy deals meant no one coming back so eventually it was sitting in a chair doing absolutely nothing for 9 hours. so like i said 2pm would come and id just get in my car and cruise on home

looks like ive found a new job starting next week. better hours double pay and it looks to be more hands on to keep me busy

Geeze, hopefully it makes the holiday at the end all that more enjoyable for you. I work on and off over the Christmas holiday, more so when the work comes in I can then do it. Not that motivated to start work tomorrow you know...being in Adelaide and 43c and all...like I needed an excuse not to work!

Back today... Can't say I'm too excited at this stage, but I'll have a coffee and see how I go.

Mate I'd be chasing that up...Seems a bit unfair to me.

Constructive dismissal perhaps?

Working 2 jobs (one being an office job, one being retail) there was really no rest over the festive season.
While the office job was winding down for the year, the retail work picked right up.
Now I’m back in the office today, and I’m already over it :(
