If you find its too big to drive due to your height, since it needs the new brake pedal rubber anyway you could always just put a block of wood on the pedal so you can reach it mate :
Hehehehe, how did you know I was a shortar$e? LOL! Thats the reason I swore I'd never own a Falcon - I'm not exactly a big guy, and the Escort fits me perfectly (once I move the seat all the way forward, hahaha), but I feel like an ant in the middle of the MCG when I'm in the XF! Doesn't matter, I'm sure I'll get used to it.

Anyway, thanks, I'm sure I can make it look a lot better with a bit of TLC. Like LuvinmyEB said, the first thing to do will be to remove that stone chip guard and clean out behind it, then give the car a good wash, followed by some good old fashioned elbow grease combined with some polish and see how well that 20 year old paint comes up.

Then I might see if I can get my hands on a better set of wheels for it without spending too much on it - those 195s it's got on now look far too skinny for it, I think 205s would be a bare minimum.

To be honest, as long as it starts, runs and doesn't sound like a tractor, I'm sure I'll be happy with it

Cool, I'll try that, thanks for the suggestion.
