The first Porches were basically hotted up VW's anyway, so whats the difference. 356's even used Beetle engines.

Obviously what I said was tongue in cheek, but its not too far removed from the truth, as Porsche has their origins from the Beetle. Even Clarkson aludes to that when they test 911's.

Re: Karman Ghia camber, that things in the US with some serious Airbag setup underneath. As suggested, wthe the switches are flicked, it goes back to normal ride height and tyre angle. Airbagged VW all seem to have odd rear tyre angles, due to the rear axle/suspension configuration

a lot try to run them at that sort of height due to the torsion bar rear end setups ,not good for wheel bearings though, but thats another story and veedubs are my other car hobby py:
