Job: Forensic Investigator
Location: Qld Like: Being able to help resolve an event - piece of mind for the victim? Variety in the jobs I'm given, I get to test my skills in photography and detection of evidence, empathy with victims in crime, and helping them to deal with what's happened... so much more! Today I told a teenage girl's mother that her daughter DID lock her car, but this is how they got in.. (it's the little things) It might be working out the 'kink' in the case, or providing the cold link to the offender, such as the print or DNA of the suspect on a murder weapon. Dislike: Selfish suicides... those that take their life with a maximum impact on their family and friends. Decomposing bodies, some autopsies How Long in Industry: 20 years in 2 months Next Job (If any): I have the best job I can imagine.
