Russ did actually ask me to create a 5yr badge (which I have) when I created the 10yr one but I am not sure I sent it to him. Will have to check it when I get home....but having said that....time to re-think the design after reading this thread!

I don't think an apology is needed and also do not agree it is a waste of time. It gets everyone talking even if it is not the best topic, and we get some light relief from the daily stress.
