Okay so i couldnt upload the pics of the ol faithful "beast box" but here are the specs and a photo of what it looks like bar the fact ours is red, has rust, the paint is faded, broken head light, and bumper has been ripped off 2 times. here is an example of "The Beast Box (TM)"

Love the Country

Her Bro drove a Charger 245 Hemi Racing Mustard Green. On the same dirtroad, we raced back, me in my 250 x-flow TE (Yella Terra stage 2 heads, Redline Torker inlets, Holley 500: farked with the pumper and the jets and it actually works, C4 gearbox, Walker extractors and 2.5 inch exhaust, Stationwagon diff). I beat the Charger by a mile. But to do so, I had to ask my ex to be my navigator, after a half a carton of Southwark 30s, at 4am at night, doing 120-140ks on a dirtroad. Its no wonder why she eventually left me...

The TE made me fall in love with Fords,

Au Forte

PS: Selling AUI release 2 (02/00) original single din headset with all four original 5x7 speakers...

Go thread mining! Drunken races down dirt roads are clearly ace, but generally frowned upon by AFF. Might be best to save those stories for PM!

How on earth did I miss this thread in the beginning :P

Will get a few piccys sorted & post them of our paddock beasties ..... including the EBII wagon which is now retired to bus/paddock duties for the kids ...... a fully sick (yes in both meanings) Sigma, a green Mazda van and a few various others that have long gone to be used as dog kennels & paddock ornamentation ..... hehehehehe

Awesome thread. I learnt to drive around the farm in Dad's 89' Rodeo. It is a road ute, but it certainly gets a thrashing around a paddock. I seriously doubt it would be roadworthy! It was great fun. I did my first paddock circlework in it, I hit a couple of fence posts in it, Dad got it airborn off a channel bank! One of the funniest things was when Dad ran over a massive boulder. The diff hit, causing the rock to crack in half! No damage to the ute.

This photo was taken in 2001. It is now 5 years older, rustier, has more dints, and has a massive chunk missing out of the bench seat
