you can get you HR on you second year of green Ps ( at least you can in NSW) look into it

Forklift license would definitely be useful as there is a lot of openings.

I have drawn up a full business plan, once I have acquired my house loan and got some equity the business will be something I can move onto. If I start the business now, the investment property suffers, and for me that's more important.
