Juat a quick update,

I got down to a 12.095 @ 113.63MPH, 1.889 Sec 60', 5.108 330', 7.784 660', 10.114 1000'. The temperature has been pretty hot every time I have been down and I am still having traction issues so with slightly cooler weather and a bit more traction I am in with a chance for 11's. For a standard stroke 351 in a street driven XB Coupe I reckon its not a bad effort. On a side note I scored a 0.000 reaction time the other night and pocketed some cash.

I have given in to temptation and have got the car getting tuned for the Nitrous at the moment, so next update should show an improvement......

I am looking for a set of slicks, does anyone have a recommendation on what I should get?

DR

I reckon that's tremendous!! Good to hear about your R/T and the cash too. Why not try to crack the 11 with na and use the bottle when "you have to" the slicks may get you that tenth. I have MT ET drags on mine and they seem alright. Also good to hear your new PB. I ran two new PB's a couple of weeks ago, 12.48@108 and 12.82@109, unfortunately for me the have cancelled and further street meets and have no news on whether they are going to hold any racing events in future. Keep us posted with your times though, I'd like to hear that you got that 11 with just na clevo goodness.

A drop to 4.11 rear end and or a larger stall should see you knocking 2-3 10ths off your 60' and dropping into the mid 11's with that MPH even on Street Radials.

Mates XB ran 11.7's@114 with very similar power and 275MT Street Radials, only diffrence was he had 4.11's and 4500stall.

When you get her sorted, a spray of N2O should see you knocking on the door of 10.99999

Those 11's are just around the corner, great work. I have similar power to you but I have 4500rpm stall, 4.22 gears, 90/10's and 28x10.5 ET drag slicks. I haven't been to the strip yet as I'm waiting for the front runners to turn up and we only have 1/8th mile here in Mildura.
